My story
I am Alina and I am so happy and grateful you are here, reading my page!
My story as a reflexologist began long ago when my stressful life was causing me a lot of health issues- from poor sleep to digestive intolerances, so my friend at the time offered me a reflexology session as a treat. That hour in which I felt completely different, lighter, more relaxed, full of life was incredible. Looking back now I must have hoped or wished or promised I would do that again because it is extraordinary how I started this path, this journey coming from such a different profession. Having worked in education made my journey even more exciting being able to apply everything I know even if it sounds strange, is it a matter of method, techniques but also a lot of heart and devotion.
So this is how I found my vocation or I should say it found me.
Always thinking that the body is amazing I started my research and intense study of how to understand every process and apply all knowledge I could find; this is how I now know THAT EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING and thus I qualified in Holistic Therapies to be able to offer a treatment that has multiple benefits.
I will never stop being curious, BECAUSE MY JOURNEY HAS ONLY BEGUN...

Like in foot reflexology, the reflexes corresponding to organs or areas of the body are worked on the face in a very gentle and pleasant way using light pressure.
To enhance the therapeutic as well as rejuvenating effect, a special serum or elixir-more on
and/or an amethyst crystal wand can be used for more precision over the reflexes.

Clinical Foot Reflexology is not just foot massage, this means that the treatment is focussed on working on reflexes that might be tender or sore while working on them, but using the proper pressure and the correct techniques together with a full understanding and awareness from both of us, the internal balance and restoration of the body can occur.

As a reflexologist, I do not diagnose, prescribe or claim to cure, you will seek medical advice or will be referred to the GP accordingly.

This is a short treatment - 30 minutes-on 12 points on the face to relieve stress effects, such as headaches, sleep disorders, digestive imbalances, anxiety, tension in the jaw; improves circulation and supports lymphatic drainage.
this treatment is recommended in combination with foot reflexology for better results.
